Known for sleeping with 101 men in a day, 23-year-old OnlyFans and porn star Lily Phillips, has shocked the internet by making a concerning admission about HIV.
Never-before-seen footage of the Derbyshire ‘mattress actress’, released by YouTuber Josh Pieters in a new documentary, follows Lily in the weeks leading up to her ‘extreme’ challenge, and on the day itself.
In it, Josh and Lily are sat in a bar and he asks her if she lets guys ejaculate in her mouth, to which she says yes. But, despite being a sex worker, Lily admits she isn’t completely clued up about how the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases, in particular HIV.
Since Lily doesn’t require any of the men she sleeps with to have STD tests, and she doesn’t use condoms with them for oral sex, Josh was alarmed.
‘What if they had HIV?’ he asks.
‘Is that where it comes from? Spunk in the mouth?’ Lily says.
Josh nods and Lily adds: ‘Oh really? I’ve never really thought about that, last time when I did it all of them could come in my mouth.’
HIV can be transferred through bodily fluids. Despite the risk of getting HIV from oral sex being low, it is possible.
This clip from the documentary has hit more than 7.6 million views on X, with many on social media being very worried about the OnlyFans star.
‘Her being a sex worker and not knowing the basics of sexual health is really concerning to me,’ @janiearlertcos wrote, while @NissoanaJibran added: ‘This reflects a significant lack of understanding or consideration of the health risks associated with such an endeavour.’
In the same breath though, Lily also admitted she loves her newfound internet fame, leading some viewers to suggest it could be ‘click bait’.
Lily tells Josh: ‘I get serotonin from when people are like “oh my God you’re that OnlyFans girl”, it sounds crazy.’
But Josh didn’t believe her claims that she loves her job. While Lily did tell Metro she ‘enjoys’ her sex work and is ‘passionate’ about it, saying ‘I don’t think I’d do these crazy things if I wasn’t’, later in the documentary, she can be seen crying after having sex with 101 men in 14 hours.
With his film crew in tow, he asks Lily how she’s feeling, her eyes red from a combination of bodily fluids and crying.
‘It’s not for the weak girls, if I’m honest – it was hard,’ she says through tears. ‘I don’t know if I’d recommend it. It’s a different feeling. It’s just one in one out, it feels intense.’

This causes Lily to break down, and she barely manages to sob the word ‘definitely,’ before walking off into the next room, inconsolable.
The clips have led to an outpouring of concern for the 23-year-old. In Metro’s own comment section one person wrote: ‘Nothing wrong with enjoying sex, but there’s clearly no enjoyment here. Pretty horrible, actually.’
Another said: ‘How is this good for the mind, body or soul? The woman clearly needs help,’ while another said: ‘She is going to be haunted by this decision.’
Despite being apparently unaware of the risks of sexually transmitted diseases, and being seemingly distraught after sleeping with 101 men, Lily is planning to sleep with 1,000 men in February to break the world record.
Who is Lily Phillips and why did she do this?
Originally from Derbyshire, England, Lily got her start in the adult entertainment industry at the age of 18, after signing up to OnlyFans and earning £2,000 in just 24 hours doing solo play.
Although she dropped out of Sheffield University shortly after that, Lily only began filming porn with men at the start of this year. She claims recent TikTok videos about having sex with dozens of men a day have earned her six figures a month, but declined to be more specific.
Regarding her challenge to have sex with 100 men in a day, Lily told Metro she was driven by a desire to ‘be the best’ in the adult industry – and, despite seeming distraught afterwards, she insisted this wasn’t the case.
‘I’m wildly competitive,’ she said. ‘When I filmed my 101 guys in 14 hours, it felt like my biggest sexual fantasy come true, and now I want to do bigger and better feats.’
Lily added: ‘The thrill of it drives me crazy – I would never do something I don’t want to do. Maybe it’s a kink? Who knows.’
After deciding to embark on a mission to have sex with 101 men solo, her personal assistant, Claudie-Louis – who is 25 and has worked with Lily for three years – booked in 200 men to account for dropouts. They scheduled 15 guys an hour from 9am to 7pm, allowing for four minutes per man.
On the day, men were given a five-minute slot, later reduced to two minutes when Lily began to run out of time.
‘I just stuck to the bedroom the whole day – I think I left once or twice for a shower,’ she said. ‘I waited for the next guy and then would say to the security guard “send one in”.
‘It became a conveyor belt of c**ks at that point; in out, in out. We ran over by about four hours, but we got there in the end. I wasn’t going to go through all that and not make it to 100.’
There has been no suggestion that Lily is planning to make each of the 1,000 men she’s planning to sleep with take an STD test.
